1 dragon fruit
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1/2 cup of coconut water
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp of hempseeds
1/8 tsp of xanthan gum*
5-9 drops of stevia coconut
Cut the dragon fruit in half, put half of it in the blender the other half set aside. Then take all ingredients and blend them in a high tech blender.
-pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings!
-I love vanilla macademia nut granola from sprouts (so good) i also love chia seeds, unsweetened coconut chips and the rest of the dragon fruit on mine!
*xanthan gum is a key ingredient. It binds all the ingredients together to create a very fluffy thick substance. A little bit goes A LONG way! You can find it anywhere…. sprouts, trader joes or walmart!
